We offer a prayer very old but still very current, suitable for all those moments when we feel discouraged or burdened some problem. May we count on God, we confess our sins to Him, let us naked before Him, expressing our fragility and our infidelity. A repentant heart is welcome to God and He will support him, pointing the way forward to find peace.

Deep down inside you gray, O Lord: Lord, hear my voice.
let your ears be attentive to the voice of my prayer.

I hope in the Lord, my soul hopes in his word.
My soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the dawn.
Israel wait for the Lord, because with the Lord is mercy and fullness of redemption.
He will redeem Israel from all his sins.
